In light of the gravity of this issue, the city government reckons it is of utmost importance to equip youngsters with correct swimming techniques and educate them on drowning treatment knowledge. DEP noted that Beitou Refuse Incineration Plant boasts a standard swimming pool, a kids’ pool, a sauna, among other facilities.
