As a compensatory measure for the communities, the Muzha Refuse Incineration Plant of the Department of Environmental Protection will be conducting free swimming lessons for kids during the summer vacation.

Since its launch in 2006, the program has been well-received by the public, with the number of participants increasing over the years. To meet the rising needs of residents, evening classes have also been made available since 2009, seeking to benefit more children by equipping them with essential swimming skills.Registration Information for the 2014 Summer Swimming Lessons:
1. Eligibility: Kids born between September 1, 2002 and August 31, 2007
2. Registration Period: 8 AM – noon, June 21
3. Registration Location: 4F of the Assembly Hall at Bojia Sports Park (No.16, Lane 159, Sec. 4, Muzha Rd.)
4. Maximum Number of Participants: 30 for each of the five sessions from July 1 to August 15
5. Time of Lessons: Tuesday to Friday, a total of 18 hours for each session
