Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok, revealed about monitoring the water situation in the North that the affected areas are communities outside the embankment, such as the community near Thewet, the rice mill community, and other communities outside the embankment, totaling 16 communities, it is expected that hundreds of households will be affected. The people in the community are accustomed to the ebb and flow of the water. If the water comes, the people will not want to evacuate. Therefore, we have to look at what the people need, such as arranging sandbags to be walkways into their homes, wooden bridges.
