The monsoon trough passes through the North and upper Northeastern regions, entering a low-pressure cell in Laos and upper Vietnam, coupled with the southwest monsoon blowing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand, which is getting stronger. This will cause more rain in Thailand and some areas to have heavy rain, with some areas in the Northeast, Bangkok and its vicinity, and the Eastern region to have very heavy rain.
