Meanwhile, the high-pressure area or weak cold air mass will continue to cover the upper northeastern region, causing the area to have cool weather in the morning. For the monsoon trough across the central southern region, it will cause some areas of the southern region to experience heavy rain. People in the aforemention ed areas should be careful of the dangers of heavy rain and accumulated rain, which may cause flash floods and forest runoff, especially on hillsides near waterways and lowlands.
