Trang, A famous handmade steamed bun shop in Trang Province has created a special menu, launching 'Jasmine Steamed Buns', beautiful and edible, to welcome National Mother's Day on August 12. At the Kin Pen Suk restaurant in Trang Municipality, Sai Ngam Road, Thap Thiang Subdistrict, Mueang District, Trang Province, it is famous for making cute, hand-molded mantou. Recently, they have created a special menu to welcome Mother's Day on August 12th by introducing "Jasmine Flower Mantou" that is both beautiful and edible. The couple who own the shop said that the jasmine mantou is suitable for the special occasion. They mold everything by hand. It is a fragrant taro mantou. The green leaves are made from pumpkin and pandan leaves. There are both jasmine buds and blooming flowers. The process of making it is quite difficult because the dessert has many details. There are small pieces of jasmine flowers that need to be assembled. It takes 10-15 minutes to make each flower. The shop is now open for orders for Jas mine Mantou at a price of 49 baht, with packaging tied with a bow, making it an instant gift for Mother's Day. There is also a delivery service nationwide. Those interested can order via the shop's social media, 'Gin Pen Suk,' to give as a special gift to their mothers on National Mother's Day. Source: Thai News Agency
