OR, together with PTT cooking gas distributors in affected areas, distributed more than 1,500 relief bags and drinking water to help flood victims in 4 northern provinces: Phayao, Chiang Rai, Nan and Phrae. Mr. Disatat Panyarachun, Chief Executive Officer of PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR), revealed that OR, together with PTT cooking gas distributors in the affected northern region, have provided over 1,500 relief bags and drinking water to flood victims in 4 northern provinces: Phayao, Chiang Rai, Nan, and Phrae. The monsoon and southwest monsoon events have resulted in flash floods and forest runoff in many northern provinces. In addition, OR has provided assistance to flood victims in the area around Denchai Oil Depot in Phrae Province by donating 1,000 bottles of drinking water, food, and blankets to nearby communities. The Phuket Oil Depot has also provided 200 relief bags to communities in Karon Subdistrict, Mueang District, Phuket Province. OR will continue to closely monito r the situation to provide continuous assistance and cooperate with distributors and local agencies to provide full support to overcome this crisis together.
