“Suriya” confirms Pheu Thai is not supporting “Watana Changlao” to run for the “Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization President” seat.
Mr. Suriya Jungrungreangkit, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, as a leader of the Pheu Thai Party, spoke about the news that Mr. Watana Changlao will join the Pheu Thai Party and run for the president of the Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization under the name of the Pheu Thai Party, saying that it is not true. He just applied to be a member of the Pheu Thai Party. As for him running for the president of the Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization, any Pheu Thai Party member can apply. However, I would like to emphasize that the Pheu Thai Party did not send him to run. As for him joining the Pheu Thai Party, we did not invite him. He applied to be a member himself.
When asked if the Pheu Thai Party would officially support anyone in the race for the Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO) chairman position, Mr. Su
riya said that they have not yet supported anyone.
