Government House, 8 Oct. - Prime Minister assigns "Somkid Chuekong" to oversee negotiations with various protest groups around Government House. Prime Minister Paethongtarn Shinawatra responded to reporters' questions about how she would provide policies to take care of the various groups of protesters who surrounded Government House, saying that she would assign this to Deputy Secretary-General to the Prime Minister Somkid Chuekong to discuss further. Reporters reported that today (8 October), the People's Movement for a Just Society (P-Move) group led by Mr. Thiranet Chaisuwan, Mr. Jamnong Nuphan, and Mr. Sinchai Ru Phor Chin, Vice Chairman of P-Move, led a group of people to block the entrance to Government House, at Gates 3, 4, and 5, to demand progress in resolving the 5 demands previously submitted to the government. -316 - Thai News Agency Source: Thai News Agency
