New Taipei:Democratic Progressive Party mayoral candidate Su Chiao-hui has proposed a comprehensive plan to enhance tourism in New Taipei City's Jinshan and Wanli districts. She aims to develop a robust transportation network along the North Coast to further boost tourism.

On the other hand, Kuomintang candidate Lee Shu-chuan is concentrating his efforts on urban development in Yonghe District. During a visit to local markets, Lee highlighted his commitment to advancing the Zhonghe-Guangfu MRT line project, which awaits approval from the central government. His plan is to facilitate better connectivity for the residents of Zhonghe and Yonghe to downtown Taipei.
