Taipei: Taiwan shares ended down 24.25 points, or 0.10 percent, at 23,529.64 Monday on turnover of NT$355.57 billion (US$11.02 billion). According to Focus Taiwan, the decline in Taiwan's stock market was observed despite a high turnover.
