Taipei: Taiwan shares ended up 139.93 points, or 0.46 percent, at 30,707.22 Tuesday on turnover of NT$723.43 billion (US$22.85 billion).

According to Focus Taiwan, the stock market in Taiwan saw a positive movement with shares increasing by 0.46 percent. The turnover for the day was recorded at NT$723.43 billion, equivalent to US$22.85 billion.
