His Majesty graciously appointed Mr. Phichit Chuenban, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Office. Being a Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister, even though he knew or should have known that he lacked qualifications or had prohibited characteristics according to the constitution. Because he had previously been imprisoned for 6 months by the Supreme Court for violating the authority of the court. The Constitutional Court considered it through discussion. There is an order for the parties to submit a list of evidence. to the Constitutional Court by Monday, June 17, 2024, and for the benefit of consideration, the Office of the Constitutional Court will study additional information and present it to the Constitutional Court. The next consideration is scheduled for Tuesday, June 18, 2024.
