Regarding the petitioner's request for the Constitutional Court to order the respondent to suspend his duties as a member of the House of Representatives under section 82 paragraph two of the Constitution, the Constitutional Court resolved by a majority vote (7 to 2) that the facts of the petition and supporting documents There appeared reasonable grounds to suspect that there was a case as requested.
