There are also other communities that are flooded, such as Chiang Mai Land and Chang Klan Road, where the water is more than 1 meter high, causing many cars to be submerged in the middle of the road after the water overflowed at 11 pm last night (October 3) and rose rapidly at 2 am until now, spreading to flood many communities. In Ban Pa Phrao Nok and Chiang Mai Land, which has a care center for the elderly, they requested assistance from rescue workers from the Chiang Mai Kuson Songkhro Association to help move a grandmother who has asthma from the flooded care center to safely take her to the hospital.
