Prime Minister Settha Thavisin invited Mr. Thongthong Chandrangsu, Advisor to the Prime Minister and Chairman of the Committee on Law Reform for Ease of Doing Business, along with Ms. Onfa Vejjajiva, Secretary-General of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), to discuss the law revision for ease of doing business. The Prime Minister posted a message on X saying that improving the law to facilitate doing business is a mission that does not require a government budget, but helps reduce costs for the private sector, and the government is driving this issue to the fullest extent. 'I have discussed with Ajarn Thongthong, Chairman of the Committee on Business Ease Law Reform and Secretary-General of the Office of the Public Sector Development Commission (OPDC) to follow up on the progress of this matter. Regarding the Customs' one-stop service and the reduction of the FDA's application process, it has been reported that there has been significant progress and the system will be able to be tested soon.' In addition, measures to reduce the number of days required for EIA applications have been followed, including facilitating activities related to solar energy that still have restrictions on factory license applications in the case of 1 MWp, in order to accelerate and encourage entrepreneurs to use solar energy at full capacity, which will also help the environment.
