Bangkok, Aug. 28-SEC ordered STARK to submit a special audit report. (extended-scope special audit) within September 29, 2023 as requested, along with disclosure of information through the information system of the Stock Exchange of Thailand as well

The Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission or the SEC informed that according to STARK's letter dated July 17, 2023, requesting to extend the period for special investigation for the second time by submitting a report The results of the special audit will be within 29 September 2023* due to delays in preparing information and requesting bank statements for the auditor to audit.

The SEC is of the opinion that the aforementioned audit report is important information that must be submitted to the SEC and must be disclosed to STARK's securities holders as soon as possible. The time required to request additional bank statement documents is a factor beyond STARK's control. The SEC therefore ordered STARK to submit a special audit report within September 29, 2023** as requested. However, due to the recent resignation of STARK's directors and many new appointments, the SEC therefore stipulates that STARK must provide information about directors and directors who are authorized to sign to bind the company. This includes presenting the certificate of the Ministry of Commerce that contains the current information of the directors and directors authorized to bind the company. When STARK submits the results of the special audit, they must be disclosed through the information system of the Stock Exchange of Thailand at the same time.
