Mr. Wichan Kunmol or Uncle Chuan, aged 54, the owner of Uncle Chuan 1998, said that the Mee Sua menu has become a dish that customers order to eat because of the deliciousness of the unique, chewy, soft Mee Sua noodles that are popular. For the menu that the shop has adapted many menus, such as Mee Sua seafood with seafood sauce, Mee Sua stir-fried with holy basil with the aroma of holy basil, Mee Sua soft bone soup, or the original stir-fried recipe with veget ables, chives, stir-fried with eggs and Chinese sausage, sold at a single dish price starting at 50 baht or made into a large menu that can feed 10 people for 800 baht.
