Taipei: The U.S. dollar strengthened against the Taiwan dollar on Tuesday, closing at NT$29.535. It marked a gain of NT$0.015 from the previous trading session, reflecting an upward movement in the forex market.

According to Focus Taiwan, the trading session saw a total turnover of US$1.012 billion. The U.S. dollar opened at NT$29.510 and experienced fluctuations, ranging between NT$29.460 and NT$29.535, before settling at the day’s high.
