The U.S. dollar rose against the Taiwan dollar Wednesday, gaining NT$0.028 to close at NT$32.022.

Turnover totaled US$1.037 billion during the trading session.

The greenback opened at NT$31.990, and moved between NT$31.983 and NT$32.039 before the close.
