Taipei: The U.S. dollar demonstrated a significant increase against the Taiwan dollar on Tuesday, closing at the day’s peak of NT$30.026 with a gain of NT$0.110.

According to Focus Taiwan, the trading session saw a turnover totaling US$1.046 billion. The session commenced with the greenback opening at NT$29.950. It experienced a dip to a low of NT$29.900 before making a recovery.
