Taipei: The U.S. dollar experienced a significant drop against the Taiwan dollar on Wednesday, concluding the trading session with a decrease of NT$0.132 to settle at NT$32.315.

According to Focus Taiwan, the trading session saw a total turnover of US$2.069 billion. The U.S. dollar opened at its highest point of the day at NT$32.420 before dipping to a low of NT$32.274. It managed a slight rebound thereafter, closing at the aforementioned rate.
