Taipei: The U.S. dollar experienced a significant decline against the Taiwan dollar on Tuesday, decreasing by NT$0.127 to settle at NT$30.101.

According to Focus Taiwan, the trading session saw a turnover that amounted to US$1.449 billion. The greenback began the day at its highest point of NT$30.210, then dropped to a low of NT$30.056 before making a slight recovery.
