He has assigned 'Coach Odd' to prepare a development plan for athletes from the youth and junior levels to train together because during this time, the senior Thai women's volleyball team has traveled to compete at the professional level both in the Thai league and abroad. The association has assigned 'Coach Odd' to personally select a coaching staff and has also written a letter to the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) to request Feng Kun, Coach Odd's wife, a former player on the Chinese national volleyball team, to help develop the Thai women's volleyball team.
