“Ruangkrai” submits additional evidence to the Election Commission of Thailand “Pitha” holds ITV shares

Bangkok, May 21- “Ruangkrai” prepares to submit evidence of the names of shareholders and income of ITV tied to “Pitha” to the Election Commission on Wednesday, May 24.

Mr. Ruangkrai Leekitwattana revealed that Wednesday, May 24 at 10:00 am, will submit additional documents. The Election Commission considers two cases related to Mr. Pita’s holding of ITV shares, namely

List of shareholders from 2006 to 2023 with supporting documents

Table of total income of ITV from 2006 to 2022 with supporting documents, except for 2012 where Mr. Pita Having been a shareholder of ITV since 2008, the Public Company Limited Act 1992, section 62, paragraph three, stipulates that the register of shareholders shall be presumed to be correct.

Mr. Ruangkrai also said that ITV used to have revenues in 2006 of about 2,158 million baht, in 2007 about 352 million baht, which revenues in 2006 and 2007 were mostly revenue from the media business, but in the following years, the revenue decreased. Every year until now because TCEB terminated the contract, but ITV disagreed, so there was a lawsuit in the Administrative Court. The case is not yet final. The canceled contract will expire on July 3, 2025.

“The additional evidence that will be submitted on Wednesday, May 24, should help the Election Commission to consider faster. And should be sent to the Constitutional Court for further ruling whether Mr. Pita falls into the scope of prohibitions under section 98 (3) of the Constitution or not, ”said Mr. Ruangkrai.
