Taipei 101 to present lights shows during Lunar New Year holiday

Taipei 101 will host a series of light shows for the Lunar New Year holiday for seven evenings beginning Sunday, the operator of the skyscraper has announced.

Starting 6 p.m. Sunday, a light show will take place on the hour every hour until 10 p.m., while a separate three-minute light show will take place at the quarter past, half past, and quarter to the hour, Taipei 101 said Sunday.

The building will also display well wishes for the Lunar New Year, which begins on Tuesday this year, to mark the arrival of the Year of the Tiger, according to Taipei 101.
