Nagoya:Team Taiwan secured two additional silver medals in the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games, one in shooting and another in Kurash, along with a bronze in cycling, raising their overall medal count to 37. In cycling, the Taiwanese team comprised of Wang Sin-ting, Chen Ching-yun, and Liu Shang-ying won a bronze medal in the women's team sprint with a time of 49.061 seconds, narrowly beating Team Japan. This was Taiwan's first cycling medal at the current Asian Games, having not won any at the 2022 games in Hangzhou, China.
