The U.S. dollar rose against the Taiwan dollar Monday, gaining NT$0.027 to close at NT$29.415.
Turnover totaled US$638 million during the trading session.
The greenback opened at NT$29.430, and moved between NT$29.370 and NT$29.446 before the close.
